Did you know that each division of the school pays tribute to the Blessed Mother during the month of May with a May Crowning ceremony? That's five separate events! This morning the Preschool girls, beautifully attired in their white dresses, visited the Chapel on the Rosary Campus to honor Our Lady. They looked and sounded like angels. We remember that we honor Mary and emulate her because of her trust in God and her willingness to say "yes"-with humility, with grace, and with courage-though she did not fully understanding what God was asking of her. May we all have such trust and faith.
Inka's Uniform Sale:
Don't forget about the uniform sale scheduled next week (5/19-21) in the Nims Center. This is a painless way to take care of your uniform needs.
Nap Mats:
We hope to have nap mats available next week during the uniform sale. Please check in Mrs. Villere's office. The cost is $25.
Dining Hall and Library Accounts:
If you have a balance due to the Dining Hall, we ask that you take care of your bill before next Friday, May 23. Payments must be in cash. If you have questions, please contact the Dining Hall Manager, Andrea Veal (891-2926).
Also, make sure all library books have been returned before the end of next week so that the librarians can complete their inventory.
Little Hearts Splash Day:
Next Tuesday, May 20, the Toddler and Nursery girls will have their end-of-the year Splash Day celebration beginning at 10:30 a.m. This is always such a fun day, and we invite you to join your daughter for this celebration. Remember, it's a special time for you to spend with your child; we ask that you not include younger siblings. Please pray for nice weather! You will receive specific information from your daughter's teacher about swimsuits, sunscreen, towels, etc. See you there!
If your daughter normally stays for Extended Day, don't forget to send a change of clothes and shoes for her.
