The athletic fees for individual sports help to defray some of the cost of running a successful athletic program. These expenses include: coaches stipends; athletic trainer/sports medicine; officials fees; equipment; uniforms; rental fees for use of non-Academy of the Sacred Heart facilities for practices/competitions; LHSAA and other league fees; tournament and competition entry fees.
This year there will be a change in the way athletic fees will be billed and collected. Billing and collection of the athletic fees will be handled by the ASH Athletic Department. Upon selection to an athletic team students will receive a bill for their athletic fee. Payment of the athletic fee is due in full 7 days after the billing date. Students may give their payment to their coaches, athletic director, division secretary or payment may be mailed. Students will be held out of practices if payment is not received by the due date.
Refunds of fees will not be given after the 3rd week of practice.
