Congratulations to our 5/6 Grade Red and White basketball teams for making it to the semifinals of the NOAL Playoffs. 5/6 White defeated Trinity on 1/27 with a final of 16-6. The following players were stat leaders in the contest;

Adelaide S.’32- 7 points

Brooks R.’32-5 points

On 1/28 ASH White dropped a hard fought matchup against Kehoe-France. Brooks R.’33 managed to score 8 of the Cardinals 11 total points in the contest.

5/6 Red defeated Hynes 25-18 in their first round matchup on 1/27. The following players were stat leaders;

Lola G.’33-10 points

Natalia S.’32-6 points

Mae Helen G.’32- 6 points

The team then found themselves in a tough matchup against John Curtis dropping the semifinal game 28-11. The Cardinals were able to play great defense but couldn’t manage to generate enough made baskets to keep up. The following players were stat leaders;

Gigi L.’33- 4 points

Even though both teams came up short, the grit and determination shown was very impressive!

The 5/6 Black team also wrapped up their season. This team has shown great development, and hustle all season and we are proud of their progress!
