MS Soccer Highlights

ASH 5/6 Red Team vs. Newman 12/13/25

The 5th and 6th Red Team showed tenacity, perseverance, and Cardinal Spirit, winning 5-0 against Newman on Saturday. Gigi L.’32, Laney G.’33, Georgia C.’32, Riley P.’32, and Kate M.’32 each scored a goal, with assists by Brooks R.’33 Cece H.’33, and Riley.  Ella H.’32 showed a strong presence in goal, with standout defensive performances from Evie B.’32, Mae Helen G.’32, and Olive S.’32.

This game truly showcased the Red Team's talent, dedication, and heart, and we look forward to seeing them continue to shine on the soccer pitch this season.

 

ASH White Team vs. HNJ Friday 12/12/25

The 5th and 6th White Team played with heart, grit, and determination at Friday's game but ultimately lost to Holy Name 3-1. The offense was led by Clara G.’33, who scored her first career goal, with May M.’33 and Claire A.’33 showing strong support. Marielle S.’33, Margaret C.’32, and Ava L.’32 were standouts, demonstrating strong leadership on the field. Laurel C.’33 and Cecilia C.’33, the excellent backbone duo of our team, showed strength and determination, saving more than five goals each. We are so excited to see our White Team come together for the rest of the season and show everyone what Cardinals are made of. 

 

ASH 5/6 Red Team vs. Country Day 12/9/25

The 5th and 6th Red Team had a strong first showing against Country Day, winning 11-0. The team showcased excellent composure in the midfield and a great attacking spirit. Defensively, Lexie R.’32, Kate M.’32, and Olive S.’32 did an amazing job ensuring the ball stayed in the attacking half.

On Wednesday the 7/8 grade soccer team opened up their season with the game against Willow. The girls played hard in the loss, competing through all 60 minutes.  The very next night they had their second game of the season against Country Day. It was a back-and-forth match finishing at 2-2 Vivienne L.’30 scored two goals and was assisted by KK D. ’31.
