2025 CROSS COUNTRY DIV. II REGION III CHAMPIONS
Although the temperature was not a normal Nov. 7 feel (81°), this team knew what lay ahead for them...A familiar course and the largest fan base ever to attend any Cross Country meet in my 29 wonderful years of coaching this sport at the Academy of Sacred Heart, New Orleans. With 4 of the Top 6 teams in Div.II racing today in historic New Orleans City Park,
I told the runners why not make some more history ourselves?
This outstanding group of young ladies took up that challenge and performed very well in not so perfect conditions, but such is the sport they work so hard at training for these exact moments.

Academy of the Sacred Heart celebrated the Feast of Mater Admirabilis on October 20, 2025, with an all-school Mass and live tableau. This year’s senior class chose Kate Cummings '25.
