2026 Cross Country Updates
And just like that, another weekend has come and gone and our 2nd meet of the year is in the books. What a fun and successful event it was for our first time at this meet in Lafayette, as the Cross Country Team traveled, spent the night and participated in the Lafayette Christian Academy Invitational at Seiver's Airfield. After a great week of training and preparing, the Varsity Team went after it Running Down Their Dream of improving every week. They did just that by winning 1st Place overall and had 2 runners, Coco V. '30 & Finley B. '30, finish in the Top 10 at 7th and 10th, closely followed by the 20th, 21st, 28th, 29th & 30th spots respectively out of 151 total runners. In total, 15 out of 16 runners either ran new Season Best or Personal Best Time within the Varsity & Junior Varsity races. We also had the Individual Junior Varsity CHAMPION, Charlotte L. '30, running in her very first 3 mile race of her career. CoNgRaTuLaTiOnS CARDINALS, way to represent your Team & School with great sportsmanship and cheering throughout the meet.
