Cardinals Golf Secures Third Straight Victory
The Sacred Heart Golf Team brought home their 3rd straight victory with a win over De La Salle and Belle Chasse. Maddie Rudolph ’26 finished 1st overall while shooting her lowest score of the season with a 1 under par 35. She carded 3 birdies on her round today. Jade Neves ’28 shot a low score of 37 which is 1 over par. She carded 2 birdies while playing 9 holes for the round. Emery Kane ’29 shot another impressive round of 2 over par 38. This was the lowest team score of the season. The closest competitor was 9 shots back for the day. CeCe Lavinge ’28 and Ruby Devillier ’29 finished in the top 5 for the Cardinals. Go Cardinals!

During Mardi Gras, Sacred Heart partnered with Grounds Krewe’s Recycle Dat initiative, hosting a recycling hub along the St. Charles parade route to help make Carnival celebrations more sustainable. Volunteers across eight stations diverted more than 15,000 pounds of recyclable materials and throws from landfills.

The Cardinal Basketball team traveled to Washington, DC, over winter break to compete in the Sacred Heart Network Basketball Tournament, facing strong competition while building meaningful community with sister schools from across the country.
