Cardinals Roll Past Willow
In soccer news, the Cardinals took on former district rival Willow in a varsity match, as well as a JV match. The varsity match finished with a 3-1 victory, though it really wasn’t that really close. After scoring 3 goals 15 minutes into the game, it was a great opportunity for the coaches to try different lineups. Goal scorers in the match were Lily Rosenstein ’26 (2), and Rosie Varisco ’28.
The JV game was also dominated by the Cardinals and finished with a score of 6-1. Goals were scored by Emme Charbonnet ’30 (2), and Finley Buhler ’30, Olivia Champagne ’29, Emmy Woodward ’28, and Courtney Habetz ’28.

The Cardinal Basketball team traveled to Washington, DC, over winter break to compete in the Sacred Heart Network Basketball Tournament, facing strong competition while building meaningful community with sister schools from across the country.

Academy of the Sacred Heart has earned PLATINUM recognition on the 2025 AP School Honor Roll.

Academy of the Sacred Heart celebrated the Feast of Mater Admirabilis on October 20, 2025, with an all-school Mass and live tableau. This year’s senior class chose Kate Cummings '25.
