Cardinals Take Another Win on the Links
The Sacred Heart golf team took home another victory on Wednesday against Ursuline Academy. The Cardinals continue to play solid golf and push each other to play better. Jade Neves ’28 finished 1st overall while shooting 2 under par for a 34. This was Jade's lowest round ever on that course. She birdied holes 3 and 7 and had 7 pars on the scorecard. Emery Kane ’29 finished 2nd for the team while shooting another low round of 38. She birdied hole 1 then made 6 straight pars. Maddie Rudolph ’26 had a great round and shot 3 straight pars for shooting a low score of 40. Grace Gunn ’27 41 and CeCe Lavinge ’28 42 both played great to help the Cardinals earn another victory.

During Mardi Gras, Sacred Heart partnered with Grounds Krewe’s Recycle Dat initiative, hosting a recycling hub along the St. Charles parade route to help make Carnival celebrations more sustainable. Volunteers across eight stations diverted more than 15,000 pounds of recyclable materials and throws from landfills.

The Cardinal Basketball team traveled to Washington, DC, over winter break to compete in the Sacred Heart Network Basketball Tournament, facing strong competition while building meaningful community with sister schools from across the country.
