Free student athlete physicals on May 11
Every year we offer a physical day for all students. Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine has medical professionals who volunteer their time to make this event happen. We encourage all student athletes to participate in this day because they need the LHSAA medical form completed prior to tryouts, practices and competition. By attending the event, the student athletes will have the appropriate medical documentation completed and it will be good for the whole school year. Below is the information for this year's physicals.
Physicals are Free!
When: Monday, May 11th 3:00PM
Where: Upstairs Track
Cost: FREE

Academy of the Sacred Heart has appointed Courtney Ward as Director of Athletics and Joseph Kepper as Associate Director of Athletics, effective July 1, 2026, following a comprehensive national search and community-driven interview process.

This year, 32 Sacred Heart students qualified for State Rally, 19 of whom placed in the top three in their respective subject areas. In addition, three students were awarded at the South Central District Rally in Visual Arts.
