Your Sacred Heart Journey Begins Here

Thank you for your interest in the Academy of the Sacred Heart.

Sacred Heart is more than an education – it’s a way of life. Here, our students have a personal and active faith in God, a deep respect of intellectual values, a social awareness which impels to action, the building of community, and the personal growth in an atmosphere of wise freedom. These five goals are what make us unique and bond us together as part of the Network of Sacred Heart Schools.

As a graduate and former educator, I truly value the all-girls school experience. Encouraged to change the world, our students are risk- takers, learn from mistakes, develop as leaders, and embrace intellectual curiosity in the classroom, on a stage, on the field, and in a studio.

There are many ways to get to know us. The best way is to experience our community by visiting and scheduling a tour.

Founded in 1887 on St. Charles Avenue, and affectionately known as the Rosary, the school is rooted in the spiritual charism of the Society of the Sacred Heart whose mission is "to discover and make known the love of God through the heart of Jesus.”
