In this hands-on cooking class, students will explore the iconic cookbook "The Joy of Cooking" and bring its classics to life. Each week, we will dive into a new recipe, learn real kitchen skills, and discover just how fun cooking can be. From chopping and mixing to sautéing and baking, students will build confidence and creativity in the kitchen while working in a relaxed and supportive setting. They will learn age-appropriate knife skills, practice teamwork, and experiment with flavors as they cook their way through a variety of dishes. All ingredients and materials are included. Students will take home the recipes they have mastered so they can recreate their favorites for family and friends.

Join us for a fun and creative After-School Craft Class, where imagination comes to life! This hands-on program is designed for students who love to explore colors, textures, and new materials while expressing their creativity. Each week, students will work on exciting projects from seasonal decorations to nature-inspired art to wearable crafts and DIY gifts, our class offers a new adventure every session.

Middle School Robotics Club is designed to empower young girls to explore and excel in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Through hands-on activities, projects, and competitions, the girls will learn about robotics, programming, and engineering concepts in a fun and supportive environment. The club aims to cultivate girls' interest in STEM subjects and build their confidence in their technical abilities. By working collaboratively on robotics projects, the girls will develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and team work skills.

Adventures in Digital Media will give students a chance to learn how to create a digital movie in our state of the art television studio. Learn new tech skills and express your creativity. Students will learn basic media production skills: camera work, editing, lighting, storyboarding, directing and much more. They are inspired to create a movie in an atmosphere where learning is interchangeable with fun!!!

Cost: $200 (includes all fees)

Location: Rosary Digital Media Room; any 4th graders will be walked from the Mater campus to the Rosary campus for each session; and walked back to the Mater campus after the conclusion of each class.
