Academic Games at ASH :: Grades 5-12
Spring Sessions 2026
November-January 25-26
Grades 5-8 & 9-12
PRESIDENTS: The Presidents Academic Game helps students learn about U.S. presidents by exploring their personalities, historical contexts, political decisions, and major events of each administration. Players study how presidents were shaped by their times and how their leadership influenced the nation, while building skills in teamwork, discussion, and data-based reasoning.
Students play in small groups, answering clue-based questions to identify presidents and earn points. Difficulty and content are tailored by division, with younger students studying a limited group of presidents and older students covering all U.S. presidents in greater depth. The game uses long-standing rules and materials designed for both classroom learning and competitive play.
The Tournament for Senior/Junior Division will be January 13 and 20 at 4:00pm and Elementary/Middle will be January 14 and 21 at 4:00pm
