Blood Drive
Assist with the Memorial Shelby Leonard Blood Drive a one-day event in the spring semester. Help with promotion, check in, and provide snacks for participants. 

Christmas Decorations
Assist with putting up and taking down the Christmas Decorations on the Mater and Rosary Campuses.

Christmas Luncheon
Assist with table decorations, attendee gift, door prizes, and more.

Faculty Appreciation 
Assist with Faculty Appreciation events throughout the school year. 

Graduation Flowers
Assist the Graduation Flower chair with setting up flowers for graduation events such as prize day and graduation. 

Graduation Mother/Daughter Presentation
Assist the presentation chairs with setup and breakdown of the event, wrapping gifts, and serving food.

Helping Hearts
Helping Hearts is a committee created to assist Sacred Heart families in times of need due to illness or other circumstances. There are times in our lives when friends and family ask "What can I do to help out?" Helping Hearts is designed to help Sacred Hearts immediate family members (mother, father, sister or brother) with meals, carpooling or other special requests.

Library: Mater Campus
Assist in the mater campus library shelving books, delivering books to class rooms, and reading to classes.

Library: Rosary Campus
Assist in the Rosary library shelving books, working on projects with the Middle School and Upper School librarians, and more.

Lunch Moms: Lower School
Assist in the Lunch Room on the Mater Campus by serving lunch, assisting in opening lunch items, and more.

New Parents' Reception
Assist in welcoming new families to Sacred Heart at the welcome reception.

Admission Committee
Serve as a new family mentor, help reach out to potential families, assist with admission office deliveries.

Parents' Night
Assist in setting up food and drinks for Back to School Parents night.

Prayer Group
Join the Prayer group and volunteer to lead the group, bring snacks, or prayer for items on the prayer list. 

Trunk or Treat 
Assist the Trunk or Treat chairs with advertising, setup and break down of the event, check in, judging, and more. 

Dads on Duty: Mater Campus
Assist with morning carpool from 7:15am-8:00am. Greet our students each morning while assisting them in getting out of their car, and more.

Class Captain
Volunteer to serve as Class Captain for your daughter’s grade. You would assist the Fathers Club President and the various Chairs in communicating information to your fellow dads as well as obtaining volunteers from your grade level to assist as needed.

Congé Food
Fathers Club typically grills meat and fries fish for Congé. Come join in the community with your fellow dads while watching our girls enjoy the festivities.   

Congé Family Fest (General)
Serve on the Congé committee to plan and execute the event and/or volunteer during the weekend of the event. 

Golf Tournament
Assist the Golf Tournament Chairs with planning the event, and solicitating sponsors, players, and much more. Come be a part of the most exciting events at ASH.  

Father/Daughter Pancake Breakfast: Mater Campus
This is an annual event held for our youngest Cardinals (PK-4th). The Fathers Club provides a pancake breakfast for our Lower School families while allowing our parents an opportunity to meet one another. Assist the Chair with planning and day of setup and breakdown.  

Mardi Gras Trailer & Concessions
This is the Fathers Club’s largest event of the year. Come enjoy the best seat along the Avenue while enjoying camaraderie with other dads as we prepare tasty treats to sell to the revelers. 

Mardi Gras Family Picnic
Fathers Club host an ASH community picnic during Mardi Gras. Assist the Mardi Gras picnic chair in organizing the event and making sure everyone has a great time. Volunteers may also assist with welcoming and with breakdown as needed.  

Middle School Father/Daughter Dance 
Assist the MS Father/Daughter Dance Chair with planning, decorating, and food for the dance.

Arts League 
Support the arts at Sacred Heart including all Performing and Fine Arts. Assist in collaborating on the Arts From The Heart e-newsletter and/or volunteer with entry and concessions during performances on campus.

ASH Très Bien Boutique
Have retail experience? No worries if not, you can still pitch in and help out in the ASH Très Bien Boutique. Email >

Athletics Booster Club
Help out at various game admission table, concessions or with the Athletics Banquet. With 10 varsity teams and sports, there's always a need somewhere.
