Hi Cardinal fans, we want to help you with home workouts!

Below is a 20 min workout that requires zero equipment that you can do in your house or outside! Let’s keep moving! ♥️

For 20 mins repeat the following

  • 8 jumping squats
  • 10 burpees
  • 12 pushups
  • 14 alternating lunges
  • At the top of each minute do 6 V-ups

Tomorrow's the first day of spring. So get out, move and enjoy the sunshine!
