Below is a 20 min workout that requires zero equipment that you can do in your house or outside! Let’s keep moving! ♥️
For 20 mins repeat the following
- 8 jumping squats
- 10 burpees
- 12 pushups
- 14 alternating lunges
- At the top of each minute do 6 V-ups
