Today is Move it Monday and it is a Tabata workout!
You will do 8 rounds of each exercise before moving onto the next.
1 round equals 20 seconds of the exercise and 10 seconds of rest.
After 8 rounds of the exercise rest for 1 minute before moving onto the next exercise.

- Squat hold
- Plank in & out—start in a plank, bring both knees in and jump back out
