Round 3:

  • 30 Pulsing Squats
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Pushups
  • Rest 30 Seconds

Round 4:

  • 30 Bicycle Crunches
  • 20 Cross Jacks
  • 10 Pushups
  • Rest 30 Seconds
