The SuperTots curriculum is a progressive curriculum designed by experts with a comprehensive understanding of child development. The goal is to bring kids through the various stages so they not only grow their athletic skills and fitness but develop an interest and love for sports and aerobic activities. Each stage builds upon the previous stage with unique challenges and new skill building games.

Totletics: Totletics is our introduction to exercise. Each week, we’ll play SuperTots sports games that will get the kids moving and provide an early introduction to multiple sports including volleyball, football, baseball, basketball, cheer, track & more.

Teddy Tennis is a sports, training, education, entertainment and lifestyle program from the UK. It inspires children to get active, grow their confidence, enhance their communication, and learn to play Tennis. It works by combining music, pictures and teddy bear characters into a totally interactive learning adventure that young children love. Teddy Tennis is taught using the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK) learning approach which is very effective for young children. Every Teddy Tennis lesson is fully interactive and involves having a lot of FUN.

Soccer Shots Premier focuses on individual skill, fitness and sportsmanship, providing an opportunity for children to be challenged through fun games and team interaction. Children will also be introduced to competition in a developmentally appropriate manner.

We are a music & movement enrichment program for 0-5 year olds, that focuses on an immersion and researched based curriculum introducing children to many genres of music styles and the progressive understanding of rhythm, pitch, tones (don't worry, there is plenty of laughing, silliness and energy).  Enrolled families will also receive a separate set of instructions to download our app with access to all our songs that your kiddos will be hearing in class and for you to enjoy throughout the year!
