Dinner
1st Course:
 Shrimp Arnaud - on panko crusted Fried mirliton, with romaine & frisee lettuce
(Sub: Butter Lettuce & Endive Salad- hearts of palm, radishes, seasonal tomato, Creole Mustard Vinaigrette Vegan/Vegetarian) 

2nd Course:
Seared Chicken Breast - on a bed of spinach, with lardon of bacon, artichoke hearts & basil butter
(Sub: Saffron Risotto with green pea & shiitake mushroom, pea puree Vegan/Vegetarian)

3rd Course:
Triple Chocolate Torte - with peppermint bark

Beverages
