Last week the Junior Varsity and Varsity went 2-0 with wins against Karr and Academy of the Sacred Heart- Grand Coteau, both at HOME.  For Junior Varsity (7-2) they had some great highlights during the week.  They went 2-0 against Karr (25-13, 25-8). Sofia Udhrain ’26 led with a high of 6 aces and 12 assists.  Lucia Walsh ’28 had 4 kills followed by Olivia Gravolet ’28 with 2.  Emmy Woodward ’28 had 4 digs and Mary Frances Baldwin ’28 led with 2 blocks.  Way to GO!  On the Varsity side, they swept Karr (25-17, 25-15, 25-14) in straight sets. Elizabeth Alford ’27 led with 13 kills followed by Eleonore Lowe ’28 with 9 and Olivia Monsted ’26 with 8. Eleonore Lowe ’28 had a high of 6 aces. Caroline Balart ’27 had 31 assists and 8 digs while Taylor Robert ’25 followed with 7 digs.  Nice work Varsity!

On Saturday, the team had a networking match against our Sister School from Grand Coteau.  After the match the team had lunch with the school and gave them a tour.  It was a nice day that began with a WIN from both teams, Junior Varsity and Varsity.  JV won in 2 straight sets. Emmy Woodward ’28 led with 15 digs and 3 aces. Courtney Habetz ’28 had 8 assists and 2 aces. Lucia Walsh ’28 led the team with 6 kills followed by Mary Frances Baldwin ’28 with a close 5 kills.  Varsity won in straight sets (25-15, 25-21, 25-13). Eleonore Lowe ’28 had 14 kills and 9 digs for the match.  Natalia M. ’25 had 7 kills.  Caroline Balart ’27 had 24 assists, 8 digs and 4 aces. Taylor led with 11 digs and Claire Moriaty ’25 had 6.  Ellie Habetz ’26 finished the match with 3 aces. Nice Work Ladies!
