Hi Cardinal fans, we want to help you with home workouts. It’s time for fitness!

Warmup: Repeat 2x

  • 30 secs jumping jacks
  • 30 secs butt kicks
  • 30 secs running in place
  • 30 secs high knees


Workout: Repeat 5x with 60 seconds rest between each round

  • 30 total walking lunges
  • 10 pushups
  • 25 squats
  • 15 Glute Bridges
  • 15 tricep dips
  • 50 Mountain Climbers
  • 30 crunches
