Shape and color recognition is an important part of the Little Hearts one-year-old curriculum. Students were each given different colored buttons and tasked to match not only the color, but the shape of the button as well. This helps them differentiate categories and recognize key subject matter for their age.

Academy of the Sacred Heart is thrilled to announce the culmination of a week-long collaboration with renowned Boston-based artist Bren Bataclan.
On Friday, April 12, students presented their island projects to a panel of Sacred Heart alumnae who are currently working in a variety of science-based fields.
Under the leadership of Academy of the Sacred Heart educator Dr. Wil Tyrrell, 22 Sacred Heart students in eighth through twelfth grade recently earned State Literary Rally finalists.
