The New Orleans Academic Games League held their spring awards ceremony on Sunday, May 15, 2022.
After four years of learning the games and honing their skills, Sacred Heart students were well rewarded for their efforts in the 2021-2022 NOAGL tournaments, with the following awards:
In Propaganda - 1st Place Team in the Middle Division and 1st and 2nd Place Team in the Elementary Division
In Presidents - 1st Place Team in the Middle Division and 2nd Place in the Elementary Division
In Equations - 1st Place Team in the Middle Division and 2nd Place in the Elementary Division
Middle Division Team:
Rene C, Jane F, Callie L, Cate M, Amelia S
Propaganda Elementary Team 1:
Emma C, Anabell E, Ryan M, Maddy M, Sophia M
Propaganda Elementary Team 2:
Alicia H, Camille H, Therese H, Nicole S, Evangeline W
In addition to these team awards, Sacred Heart had many Individual top scores.
In the Middle Division:
Rene C - 2nd Place Individual in Propaganda, 3rd Place Individual in Presidents, 3rd Place Individual in Equations,1st Place Sweepstakes Champion (highest overall average of all four games)
Jane F - 5th Place Individual in Presidents, Individual perfect-score i On-Sets, 5th Place Sweepstakes Champion
Callie L - 4th Place Individual in Propaganda, 2nd Place Individual in Equations, Individual perfect-score in On-Sets, 3rd Place Sweepstakes Champion
Amelia S - 3rd Place Individual in Propaganda, 1st Place Individual in Equations, Individual perfect-score in On-Sets, 2nd Place Sweepstakes Champion
In the Elementary Division:
Anabell E - 1st Place Individual in Propaganda, 2nd Place Individual in Presidents, 1st Place Sweepstakes Champion (highest overall average of all four games)
Camille H - Tied for 1st Place Individual in Equations
Therese H - 7th Place Individual in Presidents, Individual perfect-score in On-Sets, 4th Place Sweepstakes Champion
Ryan M - 4th Place Individual in Propaganda, 8th Place Individual for Presidents
Maddy M - 2nd Place Individual for Propaganda
Nicole S - 7th Place Individual in Propaganda
Evangeline W - 3rd Place Individual in Propaganda
In the Learners' Division:
Emma L - Tied for 2nd Place Individual in Equations
