The ASH Mothers' Club hosted the annual Senior Mother/Daughter Luncheon for the Class of 2019 and their mothers on May 29 in the Richard C. Colton, Jr. Center for Performing and Fine Arts. Each graduating senior was presented on stage, and seniors who have attended Sacred Heart for 12-15 years were recognized.

Past Mothers' Club Co-Presidents Katie Eddins and Alyson Igoe presented this year's Mater Medal to Mary Nusloch '19. Now in its 63rd year, the Mater Medal is the highest distinction bestowed upon a graduating senior and is given to the student who best portrays the virtues of Mater Admirabilis, as selected by her classmates and faculty at Sacred Heart.

Additionally, a slideshow of the Class of 2019 was presented, and each senior was given a silver heart box as a memento, courtesy of the Mothers' Club. The Senior Room Mothers also gifted each student a monogrammed night shirt to get ready for graduation day and each mother a blue embroidered handkerchief.

The event was organized by the Senior Mother/Daughter Luncheon Chairs, Lynne Gibbons and Beth Juge; Graduation Flowers Chairs Mary Belle Connick and Sarah Ott; and Graduation Reception Chairs Anne Hughs and Stephanie Moore.
