These students have demonstrated exceptional academic prowess, dedication to their studies, and a commitment to excellence, standing out among the brightest minds nationwide. The National Merit Scholarship Program is a highly competitive academic competition that identifies and honors students for their exceptional performance on the PSAT/NMSQT.

Ava A., Katherine B., Ava M., and Emma G. have not only excelled in their academic pursuits but have also contributed to the vibrant and intellectually stimulating environment at Sacred Heart. Their achievements reflect the school's commitment to fostering a culture of academic excellence and intellectual curiosity. As a community, we celebrate the accomplishments of these four remarkable students and the recognition they bring to Sacred Heart.

Of the 1.5 million students who took the PSAT this year, Ava A., Katherine B., Ava M., and Emma G. are among the 15,000 highest scorers, representing less than one percent of the nation’s high school graduating seniors. Finalists will have the opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $30 million.
