Sacred Heart inducts eight new members into the Rosary Très Bien Society
On Monday, Academy of the Sacred Heart celebrated the induction of eight new members into the Rosary's Très Bien Society.
At the annual luncheon, Dr. Uwe Pontius, the Society's founder and benefactor, presented the new members with a sterling silver Très Bien pin and certificate.
The Society was founded to honor the spirit and legacy of Margaret "Marky" Read Pontius, Class of 1963, and recognizes students who are role models in our community. The new members were joined at the luncheon by members from previous induction classes and by classmates, friends, and loved ones of Marky.
Since the first induction in 2020, the Society has grown from eight members to 34 including those members that are now alumnae.
