Sacred Heart is proud to announce that seven of our outstanding students have achieved the prestigious status of National Merit Scholars.
The exceptional individuals who have earned National Merit Scholarship Semifinalist recognition are Katherine A. '25, Lindsay K. '25, Carolina K. '25, and Rosalie T. '25.
Anna Beatrice H. ‘25 will be recognized as a Hispanic National Recognition. Lucy C. ‘25 and Anna R. ‘25 are recognized as commended scholars.
Katherine A., Lindsay K., Carolina K. and Rosalie T. have not only excelled in their academic pursuits but have also contributed to the intellectually stimulating environment at Sacred Heart. Their achievements reflect the school's commitment to fostering a culture of academic excellence and intellectual curiosity. As a community, we celebrate the accomplishments of these four remarkable students and the recognition they bring to Sacred Heart.
Of the 1.3 million students who took the PSAT this year, Katherine, Lindsay, Carolina and Rosalie are among the 16,000 highest scorers, representing less than one percent of the nation’s high school graduating seniors. The Semifinalists will have the opportunity to continue in the competition for some 6,870 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $26 million.
