Sacred Heart Photo Release

Throughout the year, photographs and videos are often taken of students either by Academy of the Sacred Heart and/or the media such as local news, newspapers and magazines. Unless a parent otherwise notifies the school, photographs and videos may be used by Sacred Heart or its designees for social media, publications and broadcast purposes as noted in each school division handbook.

Academy of the Sacred Heart utilizes the website, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to highlight student athletes' accomplishments. These accounts are managed by Sacred Heart employees and content is vetted before being posted.

We also take photos internally for use in e-newsletters and for our private, login-only photo sharing system, Vidigami. Please fill out this form accordingly for Academy of the Sacred Heart's use of my child’s (NIL) name/nickname, image/photograph and/or other likeness for the purposes listed below:
